Simplicity

When a restaurant is revamped, the first thing that it will do is cut the menu in half. By limiting the choices, it chooses to focus on its very best dishes. With less variety, our decisions are more easily made, and this can be used when trying to understand the consumer as well.


Also, in physics, we learn that objects follow a path of least resistance.  It is a marketer's job to create that path.
